Advanced Consulting and Training—“ACT”—is Your Express Route to Masters of Shop Management.
Management
Success! has developed a dynamic new training and certification program designed
to put auto shop owners and managers on the fast track to Master of Shop
Management.

new Advanced Consulting and Training (ACT) program has been in the works for
over a year, and we are proud to release it now,” said Robert Spitz, Senior VP
of Business Development at Management Success!. “The ACT program starts with
Essentials of Shop Management, and from there, auto shop owners and managers
can earn higher degrees of certification, from Competent Shop Owner up through
Master of Shop Management.”
The ACT
program is unique, not only because students are required to successfully
complete workshops and courses, but Management Success! consultants verify the application of the
material through a vigorous inspection of achieving and maintaining KPIs. For
Master of Shop Management certification, Management Success! also conducts an
on-site shop inspection.
